The Mushu hates being compared to his siblings, as he just doesn't feel like he'll ever be able to measure up to them! Sometimes he's more cocky than he really should be though, and then he just winds up embarrassing himself and his family. In essence, he's one of the funniest individuals you will ever come in contact with; it just sucks that his parents don't feel quite the same way. But hey, they simply want the best for their son!
